The general public is invited to a demonstration of the manufacture of hand-rolled tea with the first batch of tea leaves picked in Ujitawara-cho, using a special drier in the tradition of the method of manufacturing green tea invented by Nagatani Soen, and to training in tea manufacturing techniques using machines, the method that is most commonly used today.
